Despite All the Tech, We’re Not Robots!

Here at It’seeze, we love tech! Whether it’s the latest smartphone, computer or games console, we cannot get enough of it. However, we also understand the importance of the human element when it comes to our services. We, too, are fed up with being directed to FAQs and chatbots when we’re trying to look for answers. Now, we’re not saying all FAQs and chatbots are bad but sometimes you just want to talk to an actual person! Here are three ways that It’seeze Dublin adopts the human approach to our tech-heavy lives.
Your Local Expert
You will have a point of contact who is local to you and your business. The wonderful Steve Taber looks after Dublin and surrounding areas, and you will deal with him directly. No call centres, no bots, no automated services. Just pure Steve. Being local means that he can meet with you face-to-face (or over the phone/online if you’d prefer) and really take the time to get to know you and your business so he can build a bespoke website that is guaranteed results. He truly understands what makes a successful business in Dublin so can also offer nuggets of advice along the way!
Your contact with Steve doesn’t stop after he builds your stunning site like some other web designers. You can count on him to guide you through editing your website or to check in every now and then to see how you’re getting on. He will be there for you and your business as much as he can be but, being human, he’ll need time to rest. So, in the meantime, you’ll have access to the It’seeze Support Site. There, you can discover handy hints, top tips and how-to guides until Steve awakens from his beauty sleep.
Promoting Your Business
Although you might not catch him with pom poms in his hands (unless it’s the weekend!), Steve will act like a cheerleader for your business. Not only will you feature in his local portfolio on the It’seeze Dublin website, but he will be able to introduce you to other businesses through the world's most successful referral networking organisation, BNI. It doesn’t stop there either. Steve will often post on social media about some of websites he's recently worked on which is shared with hundreds of potential customers!
When it comes to technology, we certainly do know our stuff, especially with websites. But we never lose sight of those precious relationships we build through meeting new people and businesses who are just as excited about success as we are. So, if you’re looking for a website designer who won’t just palm you off to a chatbot or ignore your calls once they’ve built your website, look no further than Steve Taber!
For any more advise on anything web related call 087 2413 232, Steve is based in Swords, Dublin so happy to meet up for a chat in person or over zoom. You can also email Steve on firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the website itseeze-dublin.ie
